Paris Hilton is edging ever closer to the slammer, and if the LA City Attorney gets his/her way, she will be doing 45 days in the slammer. Oh god, that would just be too dammed sweet, dont think about it too hard people, we dont want to jinx it.
If youve been following the retardation and disregard for the law, Paris was on probation for a DUI when she got caught driving on her suspended license. The defense for Hilton is going to be the “oh your honor I am so sorry, I didnt know I wasnt allowed to drive” defense. Which means she is so screwed if the judge has ever seen a pretty girl try to get out of trouble by batting her eyelashes and playing stupid.
Prosecutors are really trying to stick it to Hilton, they also want her to wear one of those tasteful leg bracelets that measures blood alcohol. Which means she wont be allowed to drink, and any partying will be done in shame.
Maybe this will wipe the permanently smug look off her weird looking face.
