Eve Gets Her Ass In Trouble
Hot on the heels of Paris Hilton, Eve has managed to get herself in hot water and has been charged with a DUI after crashing her car into a central divider on Hollywood Blvd. Aside from the whole putting herself and everyone else at risk of horrific injury and death thing, the additional crime here is that she crashed a Maserati. A Maserati! Those things are like, hand crafted by dwarf nuns in the Italian Alps.
Prosecutors are doing that charming thing know in many circles as throwing the book at her, charging her not only with the DUI, but also with failing to provide insurance. For those who like numbers, Eve was almost twice over the legal blood alcohol limit when she dammed near killed herself.
For Eve's sake let's hope she doesn't get the same judge as Paris, because she's facing six months in the slammer, which would only be cool if she made Paris her bitch and filmed the whole thing and we all got to see it on 'The Simple Life'.
