Dr Charles Sophy, the lucky guy who gets to call himself Paris Hiltonīs therapist, said that Paris is "emotionally distraught and traumatized" due to her jail sentence and that she "Cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense." not only that, but having to go to trial anytime soon would "exacerbate her current mental condition."
Who said Paris doesnīt get special treatment? I am surprised that OJ and Micheal Jackson didnīt try the emotional distress argument to get off jail. In fact Iīm surprised everyone doesnīt give it a go. Letīs face it, court is emotionally traumatizing for anyone. Maybe we should just do away with the system altogether and let anyone remotely pretty or rich just run wild.
