Apparently she had been sick with bronchitis whilst flying, given antibiotics by her doctor, then decided to go to a party and have some drinks. Because that is the smart thing to do when you have bronchitis, it´s the party sickness after all.
Not to be outdone, Nicole Richie also managed to collapse at the same party, proving that these Hollywood bimbos need some serious ´how to survive in the modern world´ lessons. If they were bears they would be too busy trying to find calm parts of the river so they could stare at themselves instead of catching fish to live. Then they´d die, just like that Narcissus fellow.
