Britney flashes nipple, bra, almost everything

Yeah, the sun rose again, so Britney figured that we all might want to check out more of her Britneylicious bod. She started out the day dressed in some fashion, but apparently she was having trouble keeping her nipples in her dress, so then she was like ´what the hell, I´m Britney Spears! I don´t need no stinking clothes!´ so she took the top of her dress off and drove around in her bra.
I think this officially means that Britney doesn´t give a fuck. The other flashes and ships and whatnot could be described as mistakes, slip ups, things that sometimes just happen. This is totally different, now she´s deciding not to wear anything but underwear, she´s totally given up on clothing!
Do they make rehab for people who can´t dress themselves? Or is that just called kindergarten?
