Cameron Diaz´s Massacre Faux Pas

Cameron Diaz sure has had her share of “oops” moments lately, remember that whole nipple slip moment on Ellen´s show? Well she´s taken things a little further this time, trekking through Peru carrying a bag which declared “Serve the People.” It sounds innocuous enough, but it happens to be the slogan that the Chinese used when they invaded and slaughtered a whole bunch(around 70,000)Peruvian people.
I guess this is the sort of thing that happens when you go around carrying things with words on them in languages you don´t understand. A Peruvian human rights activist said: "It alludes to a concept that did so much damage to Peru, that brought about so many victims. I don´t think she should have used that bag where the followers of that ideology did so much damage."
Let´s be fair, Cameron just thought it was kind of cute, and thought that the red on green type was a nice touch. She probably didn´t even know Peru was a real country until she got there.
