Lindsays life has changed
Rehab has apparently been great for Lindsay Lohan, not only did they make her stop drinking and snorting drugs up her nose, but they actually taught her how to read books as well. She really is a changed person, though I am not too sure about the choice of reading material they picked out for her.
Lindsay says: "It changed my life. I didn't have a good grip on it and I needed to get my shit together. I was going out too much and I had too much pressure on my shoulders. I was not that happy and I needed to go to that place to be happy. If I get stressed out I say a serenity prayer. I meditate too. I was going out with someone and they said I should read Machiavelli and I was like, 'nah', and then I was, 'OK, I'll read it' and now it is always with me."
Machiavelli's book 'The Prince, is essentially a guide to fucking over and manipulating everyone around you in order to gain political control, preferably in medieval times. Just what Lindsay could possibly be doing with this information is uncertain. I'm reminded of the time that Paris read The Art of War by Sun Tzu. I don't recall Sun Tzu advocating getting wasted and driving your car into things, but hey, literature is all about interpretation huh.
