Tara Reid´s Stomach replaced by alien

Well, it´s summer, and Tara Reid has decided to hit the beach in a bikini in spite of the fact that her stomach seems to be suffering from some kind of weird wasting/alien/rubbery disease. I´m not exactly sure how a young, childless woman manages to get a stomach like this, the only other place I´ve seen such a tummy is on Courtney Love, and she´s like, at least a good century or so older than Tara Reid.
The only explanation for all this is that drugs must somehow waste away your stomach muscles and leave you with a pinchy, paunchy tummy. Either that, or this is surgery performed by a surgeon who has about as much business performing plastic surgery on women as Paris does at a MENSA meeting.
It would be one thing if this was the result of a tragedy, or maybe an exhibit at one of those freak shows, but its not, its in our faces, making it hard to look away, scarring our tiny little minds. Someone should pay for this.
