Views: 2070 Youīd think that this would be all over and done with now, but Madonna is still dealing with the Malawian authorities over the adoption of her new son, in fact, they authorities have sent someone over to asses the childīs wellbeing, and make sure that he hasnīt been put to work in any salt mines or anything like that. Authorities say:
"We are worried that the level of public interest might be bad for David. In the normal situation children donīt have cameras in their face. We are not just looking at the positives of being adopted, one of the aspects of an assessment is looking at the negatives."
It would be interesting to see what happened if the authorities decided that the $4 million Madonna has already forked out to Malawian Orphans wasnīt enough, and that she was an unfit parent. Somehow I donīt see the Material Girl giving up the latest addition to her family for anything.
