Lindsay is MORE Innocent
According to her family and other totally unbiased sources, Lindsay Lohan is almost totally innocent of all that DUI, cocaine related stuff that is threatening to end her freedom and send her to the slammer for a few weeks at least.
Her uncle says: "She may well have not been driving the car. This girl and her mother are letting Lindsay take the fall, but hopefully the truth will come out! That would get rid of most of the charges."
And in case you were wondering about how they were going to try and explain away that whole 'cocaine in the pants' problem that they're facing, well, according to Lindsay, she wasn't wearing her own pants. So the cocaine, it belonged to someone else! She was just unfortunate to have been caught in this other person's pants.
Poor Lindsay, not only is she totally screwed, but apparently nobody has gotten her any good legal advice as yet, like shut the hell up and come up with better excuses.
