I think Jessica Simpson as a porn star is a pretty viable concept, although she is far too fresh faced and innocent looking. She doesn't have that plasticised, overly made up, burned out look that porn stars generally end up getting after a few movies.
The only real curious comment that Joe Simpson made is the one where he says we'll just buy a little man and keep our clothes on. Who is the we? Does he consider himself to be a single entity along with Jessica? Is this why he is always bragging about her breasts? Maybe he thinks that on some level, they are his.
