The Great Naked Celebrity and Parking Ticket Scandal
In what may possibly be the greatest story involving civil servant vs celebrity encounters ever, there are allegedly rogue parking enforcement officers roaming Hollywood, giving young hot stars parking tickets, then offering to revoke them in return for naked pictures of the young ladies in question. Already hit have been Vida Guerra and Hayden Panettiere, who isn't even 18 yet, (or wasn't at the time of the parking tickets in question) Quelle scandale! Underage jail bait naked pictures!
Of course it is obviously all a bit of fun, celebrities don't give a damn if they get parking tickets. When you make millions per movie you can pretty much park your car anywhere, including on top of people if you feel like it.
This makes these two simultaneously the most brilliant and retarded parking ticket guys in the history of parking ticket guys. You have to appreciate their nerve and style, I think it might be mandatory, but man, the way to find pics of naked celebrities is on the Internet, where you can take your pants off and enjoy them, not on the street where taking your pants off is going to get you jail time.
