Britney is back to work!

When you´re Britney Spears, you don´t need to be sane in order to earn money, oh no, just being you is enough to net you $100,000 for showing up at a night club. LAX Club opened in Las Vegas over the weekend, and they decided that the best choice for the opening was Britney, who was hired to walk down the red carpet, do some interviews, and pose for some pictures.
Of course, being Britney, she showed up over two hours late, waddled down the carpet without doing a single interview and had to be apprehended by the owner, who stopped her and made her pose for a pic or two before she scuttled inside to hide under Criss Angel´s skirts.
What an excellent business decision. Hire Britney Spears. Sure she has the star factor, and a high level of publicity at the moment, but on the downside she´s pretty much completely mental. She should be playing with her puppy at some institution where they give you those nice jackets with the long arms, not promoting nightclubs for crissakes. If this trend continues, the next thing you know they´ll have Michael Vick opening animal shelters.
