Fisticuffs at the VMAs

The VMA´s certainly separate the men from the boys, and this year, there weren´t all that many men to be found it would seem. Amidst the shoddy productions, the catty remarks, and the whining about losing, Kid Rock and Tommy Lee actually managed to get into a bit of a fight. Of course, it´s always smart to put volatile ex rocker husbands of one of the world´s most famous sex sirens near each other on a night that is all about free flowing liquor.
Here´s what went down according to Tommy Lee: "I was minding myself and then he goes and punches me on the cheek. I was trying to be the bigger man, but he was acting childish." When he says ´acting childish´ what he means is that Kid Rock decked him.
Tommy continues:"I was about to put Kid in the emergency room when security grabbed me. They said, ´If you move, we will break your arms.´" Which rather neatly explains why Kid Rock ended up being cited by the cops.
Of course, the other side of the story was that Tommy Lee incited Kid Rock, who then smacked him in the face. Who knows what really happened, and who cares. These Awards were so grade school all around it wasn´t even funny.
