Blah Blah, Britney really sucks

The truth is slowly coming out about the whole VMA debacle, and it turns out that Britney´s issues and lacklustre performance had nothing to do with MTV telling her to tone down the act, or the stage not being sound enough to take the exciting magic tricks, no, instead apparently all that happened was Britney showed up three hours late, got drunk instead of rehearsed, and then was unable to actually do the routine she was supposed to have done.
“She didn´t even get to Las Vegas until 4:30 p.m. It was ridiculous . . . The production people at MTV were freaking out. She went to her hotel room and ordered a bunch of food and some frozen margaritas. She came down, like, an hour later with a frozen margarita in her hand."
Unsurprisingly, things did not go well in rehearsals: "The dancers were supposed to lift and twirl her in the air a few times, and that just wasn´t going to happen. The more complicated dance moves had to be erased because she couldn´t do them.”
And that outfit? The one that showed off her pudgy tummy? Also Britney´s fault. Apparently MTV had a nice corset outfit that would have laced her in and showed her off to the best effect, but no, Britney decided it wasn´t ´sexy´ enough. Sources said: “MTV wanted her to wear a corset outfit. It would have looked great and covered a lot of things up, but she hated it and didn´t think it was sexy enough.”
Train.Wreck.
(Still can´t get that damn ´Gimme More´ song out of my head though.)
