The whole Anna Nicole Smith story has been full of so much class I am surprised we didn't see this coming. Someone is currently trying to shop a picture of a 'dead' Anna Nicole Smith to the highest bidder.
The picture, supposedly of Anna Nicole Smith lying dead in her hotel room, has actually turned out to be from another time that she overdosed and threw up all over herself, and somebody took a picture of her rather than help her.
Sources say: She is lying dead in her bed naked with vomit all over her face. The sources are wrong of course, but it's a delightful mental picture to have, so I thought I would include it there. You'll all thank me I'm sure, especially if you were eating at the time you read this.
