No, not those lips, though I guess it is entirely possible that she has had those done too, what with the popularity of Vaginoplasties these days. The lips in question are actually her facial lips, which ballooned unpleasantly as a result of being cosmetically messed with.
I;m really glad that Britney has taken the steps necessary to fix things in her life. Her lips were certainly getting to be very problematic I hear they were a major reason that the judge awarded custody of the kids to Kevin Federline, and certainly her VMA performance would have been vastly improved if only she had taken the time to have synthetically produced compounds injected into her face.
You have to love the priorities that Hollywood teaches its young stars don´t you. Britney is a prime example of what happens when you follow all the trends and make style a priority over substance. Her life is like a modern day fairy tale. With a moral and everything, sheesh, how long has it been since we saw one of those moral things huh?
