I guess Kim is tired of being called a slut all the time, either that or she wants to be seen as kicking up a fuss about the release of further sex tapes. Apparently she is threatening to sue Vivid Entertainment if they release another sex tape. Wow Kim, way to shut the barn door after the slutty horse has bolted.
Somehow I doubt that Kim will actually sue Vivid Entertainment, and even if she did, I doubt she´d get all that much. After all, a jury awards damages and it wouldn´t take much to prove that Kim had already benefited greatly from her exposure. Now if criminal charges were possible, then yeah, that might make more sense, if someone stole one of my many sex tapes and sold it, well then I would be plenty pissed. But apparently Vivid owns the tapes, and Kim´s ass. So she might as well just get used to the fact that anyone can see everything she´s got at pretty much any time they choose.
