Scarlett may be surprised to learn that almost nobody cares about her nose. As long as she has one, people are unlikely to give it more than a cursory glance. Generally speaking, most people's attention is focused several inches below her nose. It's probably even safe to say that many people only know Scarlett Johnasson as burgeoning cleavage, and wouldn't be able to pick her face out of a line up if she mugged them at knifepoint.
