Lindsay Lohan has finally given in and done a topless shoot, but surprisingly it wasn´t for Playboy, but for New York Magazine. The pictures are a recreation of a series of photos of Marilyn Monroe which are known as âThe Last Sitting.â Kudos to whoever talked her into this photo shoot, because they really managed to mess with her head if her interview is anything to go by.
Speaking about the pictures, Lindsay says âHere is a woman who is giving herself to the public. Sheâs saying, âLook, youâve taken a lot from me, so why donât I give it to you myself.â Sheâs taking control back.â
No Lindsay, here is a dumb blonde who has been convinced by a suave photographer that getting topless is ´deep´ and ´meaningful´, when in reality, all you´re doing is creating masturbation material for men and women around the world.
Still, if imitating Marilyn Monroe and feeling like there is some deep significance to getting her tits out is what she needs to get her through the night, I won´t begrudge her it.
