Views: 1062 Amy Winehouse has finally been locked away for the safety of all humans within a ten mile radius, but not before she was allowed to sway crazily through a school playground, grabbing at children. According to BBC reports:
"A 24-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault after attending a central London police station by appointment," said a Scotland Yard spokesman.
"She is currently in custody." Winehouse arrived at 1710 BST, more than two hours after she had been expected to be at the police station, and did not speak as she entered the building."
Now that´s one way to do police work, just ask the criminals to come in and hang out at the station waiting for them to arrive. You wouldn´t think that a woman who spent the previous evening trashing bars and headbutting strange men would happily cruise down to the police station and hand themselves in for punishment. What delightfully cooperative criminals they have over there in merry olde England. Do they even need to lock the cell doors over there? Or do convicted criminals save police the trouble and just stay in their cells and brutalize themselves?
