For some reason, Britney Spears has already been released from hospital. Even though she was supposed to be on close watch for 14 days, she somehow was discharged just two days after her meltdown. Upon leaving hospital, Britney Spears went to her car and just started driving around. Friends and family have no idea where she is, though some reports suggest that she has gone off to find her boyfriend.
