First it was the breast implants, then it was the incredibly pathetic music video, and now she´s apparently gone and recorded herself singing over an unreleased Britney Spears track. I´m pretty sure if you left Heidi overnight in an empty room with nothing but an open power jack and a fork in it, in the morning she´d be dead.

According to Avril Lavigne, she didn´t steal the Rubinoo´s song, in spite of the fact that hers sounds exactly like it in the chorus. That was the issue, but in attempting to clear her name, she managed to show that she´s actually mentally challenged, saying “As humans we speak one language.” Uh, no Avril, no we don´t, humans speak lots of languages...

Avril Lavigne is being sued by a 70´s pop band called (for some inexplicable reason) ´The Rubinoos´ for stealing their song, “I wanna be your boyfriend.” Avril is denying it, which is stupid, because the chorus of both songs is pretty much identical.
