She was supposed to be doing a shoot with Louis Vuitton clothes, but decided that stealing them was just as much fun as wearing them! According to Avril Lavigne, she didn´t steal the Rubinoo´s song, in spite of the fact that hers sounds exactly like it in the chorus. That was the issue, but in attempting to clear her name, she managed to show that she´s actually mentally challenged, saying “As humans we speak one language.” Uh, no Avril, no we don´t, humans speak lots of languages...

Avril Lavigne is being sued by a 70´s pop band called (for some inexplicable reason) ´The Rubinoos´ for stealing their song, “I wanna be your boyfriend.” Avril is denying it, which is stupid, because the chorus of both songs is pretty much identical. Then again, does anyone really have a right to the phrase “Hey hey, you you, I want to be your girlfriend/boyfriend?

It would seem that Lindsay has been a very bad girl indeed. She is reported to have stolen $10,000 worth of clothing, shoes and bags from Lauren Hastings´ house. This seems to retarded, even for Lindsay. Apparently she tricked her way into Lauren´s house when she wasn´t there and ran off with a great deal of her stuff.
